Rick achieved "SuperDad" status by making the trans-pacific journey home alone with Ricky. They left VA on 14 May and arrived in Misawa on 17 May; their trip included a five hour layover and an overnight in Tokyo. Bravo to both!
Ricky pulling his dad's carry-on was a crowd-pleaser. He looked like a mini-professional intent on his business trip.
Thank you to the Shotwells for the much-loved Pooh bear. Ricky hasn't let go of him since.
