Opening a special gift from special friends!
Thank you, Mali & Lee, for introducing Ricky to his favorite toy. The mega-bloks are just the right size for his stacking/building abilitites.
Nap time with Daddy (wouldn't that be nice?!). This happened to be one of those rare moments of stillness.
Then he bounced up and went "box skiing" with Daddy. Practicing for the slopes, I guess.
Coloring on the pull-out, while Mommy works on her desk. We spend far too many hours sitting as this computer!
The almost-complete backyard, still needing a gate and sand for the sand-table. Ricky is on his trike in the background. Thanks to the help of giving friends, we raised the fence in two weekends. But painting was a bear--we're not looking forward to doing it again next summer.
